Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their representative can submit a takedown notice to us via our DMCA Agent, identified below. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material and its location;
- Contact information of the complainant;
- A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Section 512(f) of Title 17 provides penalties against those who knowingly misrepresent information in a DMCA takedown notice.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice, you can submit a counter notification to have the material restored. Your notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the material taken down and its original location;
- A statement confirming your belief that the removal was a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards copyright infringement. We keep track of DMCA notices and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
